Business Process Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishes and builds business processes across the different areas of ePLDT
• Ensures overall management of processes, consistency, and efficiency
• Conducts discovery sessions and/or workshops with concerned stakeholders to understand the as-is process or setup
• Gathers stakeholder requirements, and prioritize them based on business needs
• Studies the applicable system or tool and its functionalities to design the to-be processes
• Analyzes the business processes and performs gap analysis
• Determines and outlines business process improvements
• Devises applicable resolutions to address identified gaps in the process and meet business requirements
• Documents requirements to create business processes and secure approval from stakeholders
• Implements continuous analysis and updates business processes to meet changing business needs
• Creates training materials in a clear and structured manner with minimal supervision or review
• Participates in business process improvement reviews and develops optimization strategies
• Keeps and maintains a repository of all business process documents

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate – preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience related to the requirement of the job post
• With a minimum of 3 years experience in evaluating processes and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Lean Six Sigma or process management certification is an advantage
• Results-oriented creative thinker with the ability to analyze issues and perform root cause analysis
• Passion for learning new working models, technologies, and industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and directed professional with keen attention to detail
• With strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative
