Job Description

  • Facilitates and implements learning and development products and services to ePLDT and subsidiary employees as determined by the training development needs and organizational improvement efforts
  • Partners with subject matter experts to provide learning solutions for human resources, quality driven management, and leadership as directed
  • Serves as a coach to training participants and learning staff to achieve desired results
  • Responsible for consultation, facilitation, program management, implementation, and reporting across lines of business
  • Coordinates with the Learning Operations Manager on the planning, organization, and support for learning events to include courses in human resources, quality driven management, leadership, and other findings from the Needs Analysis
  • Facilitates in-person and virtual learning events and courses as well as assisting in training for Essential Skills, SME Training, New Employee Orientation, and Special Projects
  • Develops and maintains new and existing training programs and teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, marketing communication content, and reference works
  • Conducts course observation, assessments, and training program evaluations

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Have at least 3-year experience in Learning and Development
  • Good to have knowledge in Online Platform Tools like Canva, Learning Management System, eLearning Tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Toonly, etc)
