Participates in handling project management of simple and complex type projects such as Colocation with or without network connectivity and with more than one full rack, VAS hosting, DR services
Supervises the group in its day-to-day operation
Provide technical assistance to pre-sales activities of ePLDT sales group
Provides technical assistance and required escalation procedures to ePLDT Service Desk
Provides technical analysis to client for every consulted network/system problem
Monitors the whole VITRO operations to ensure satisfaction and high service reliability to customer
Handles project management upon the issuance of the service order from project implementation, network installation/activation, up to customer acceptance and commissioning
Participate in network Planning, Design network and Project Management Technology review meetings and provide feedback on design standards
Provide regular reports/updates and do special tasks as assigned by Head of Project and Account Support Group
In charge on the development of the inert-office process flow within VITRO Support Group
Ensure attainment of CSG Functional Objectives and Quality Objectives reflected in ISO process and procedures
Recommend and implement process review and improvement
