Senior Project Manager

  • Participates in handling project management of simple and complex type projects such as Colocation with or without network connectivity and with more than one full rack, VAS hosting, DR services
  • Supervises the group in its day-to-day operation
  • Provide technical assistance to pre-sales activities of ePLDT sales group
  • Provides technical assistance and required escalation procedures to ePLDT Service Desk
  • Provides technical analysis to client for every consulted network/system problem
  • Monitors the whole VITRO operations to ensure satisfaction and high service reliability to customer
  • Handles project management upon the issuance of the service order from project implementation, network installation/activation, up to customer acceptance and commissioning
  • Participate in network Planning, Design network and Project Management Technology review meetings and provide feedback on design standards
  • Provide regular reports/updates and do special tasks as assigned by Head of Project and Account Support Group
  • In charge on the development of the inert-office process flow within VITRO Support Group
  • Ensure attainment of CSG Functional Objectives and Quality Objectives reflected in ISO process and procedures
  • Recommend and implement process review and improvement
