Stay-At-Home Celebration of ‘Year of the Ox’ in ePLDT
The Chinese New Year celebration, which traditionally brings families together in large groups, looked different this year for some. Many people have found ways to modify traditions and incorporate safety protocols while continuing to celebrate despite the pandemic.
At ePLDT, employees were asked to find the ox icons that were incorporated in the EDMs sent by the Company’s internal messenger (IMe). The first employee to submit the screenshots of these EDMs with ox icons received a gift certificate as the prize for the said activity.
This year, we were forced to celebrate without the usual festivities because of the pandemic. But just like in any event, the most important thing to do is to count your blessings, appreciate your loved ones, and give yourself a chance to begin anew.
