Job Description

  • Leads UX discovery & requirement gathering workshops with clients
  • Provides advice and deliver agreed UX/UI work products (e.g., CJM, EM, UX/UI designs, etc.) based on the client’s needs
  • Translates concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitates the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
  • Designs and delivers wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identifies design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Makes strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Takes a user-centered design approach and rapidly tests and iterates designs
  • Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, design-related degree, or another multimedia-related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX designer developing and implementing usability testing, designing information architecture, and interaction design following UX design principles
  • UI/UX portfolio showcasing web/mobile application designs
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
  • Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
  • Exceptional visual, interaction, and production design skills to create wireframes or HiFi mockups that communicate user workflows
  • Deep understanding of design deliverables such as information architecture maps, workflow documentation, wireframes, and visual designs as well as a thorough knowledge of design tools
  • Knowledgeable of the latest DX/UX/UI trends and design methodologies/frameworks
  • Ability to work and collaborate in an Agile team environment
  • Proactive in understanding the needs of our customers/clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and presenting clear results to stakeholders
  • Skilled with the latest tools for prototyping and visualizing ideas (e.g., Mural, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
  • Training or certification in UX, Interaction Design, Information Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field of study (or work experience in lieu of degree)
