Job Description
- Researches on effective employee engagement programs
- Executes employee engagement activities and internal events together with the team and identifies what support/assistance shall be needed
- Coordinates with PLDT/SMART on other Group-wide events
- Monitors the documentation and records keeping of all identified activities and internal events
- Coordinates with vendors and suppliers for collaterals and other items needed for a specific activity/event
- Creates effective communication plan to be discussed to Communications team for effective campaign and advertisement of each activity/event
- Monitors and reports project progress and key metrics to analyze results and performance, and recommends appropriate actions to support project objectives
- Gathers feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze/provide a debrief of the project
Job Qualification
- Must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communications/Psychology or equivalent
- Has at least 1 year experience in an IT/ICT Company
- Must possess good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
