Job Description
- Plans and coordinates activities of the company to ensure compliance to the regulatory standards
- Keeps abreast of regulatory developments
- Develops and implements an effective legal compliance plan / requirement
- Disseminates statutory and or regulatory requirements related to compliance activities
- Monitors and adheres to regulatory reporting guidelines and filing deadlines
- Collaborates with concerned departments in enforcement of regulations and / or procedures
- Interacts / Liaises with regulatory and statutory bodies
- Organizes and maintains documentation of compliance activities
Job Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Accounting or related field
- At least 4 years related experience
- Knowledge / Background in the statutory / regulatory requirements
- High interpersonal skills
